![]() Hydroelectric machinery blocks some area. This deck offers no direct view of the Falls but is from river level below. From the main parking lot, drive north, and turn left on Fish Hatchery. The Lower Observation Deck is accessible from SE Fish Hatchery Rd. There's also a gift shop nearby, and of course the Salish Lodge. The best views of the Falls themselves can be had here. We found parking fairly easily despite the place being packed.įrom the parking lot, it's less than a mile to views of the Falls! It's hard to miss the thronging crowd of people, or even the sound of the falls thundering just beyond. This area is fairly populated, so expect lots of visitors to the Falls especially on sunny days.
